White House: Biden and the Australian PM will establish a partnership in tech innovation

During their upcoming meeting in Washington, U.S. President Joe Biden and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese will reveal a strategy for collaborating on technological advancements, which will encompass areas such as artificial intelligence, clean energy, and essential minerals, as declared by the White House on Tuesday.

White House national security spokesperson John Kirby informed reporters, “They are going to be announcing new advanced technology cooperation, particularly on artificial intelligence.” He further stated, “We’ll also be highlighting a new space agreement that will allow U.S. companies to launch into space from Australia.”
